What You Can Do at Home to Prevent and Even Reverse the Progression of a Virus – (yes, including this one… The name that can’t be named as being treatable without getting yourself "canceled"….😇)

My biggest take away from 2020 was learning this:

Those who control the narrative, control the people. 

If anyone reading this newsletter isn’t convinced of that by now, this is a great day to realize our thoughts and viewpoints are deeply influenced by what we're exposed to.  So what voices are we listening to when it comes to Covid? Health? Politics? Religion? Wealth? Any other aspect of our life?

Today I am sharing with you my personal beliefs on what you can do to avoid and reverse Covid19 symptoms.  What I know and believe changes the more that I study and age (those grey hairs taught me something!). HOW FUN IS THAT!? To know we can always be evolving?

Of course, you and I can only grow when we realize we do not know everything yet. (WHAT!?) Admitting that, or even being wrong, can be quite hard.  It's hard to change our diet, routine, religion, or political views because we naturally don't want to be wrong.  As the world is BUSTING at the seams with information, we get stuck searching for and believing the same narrative we always have because we only follow those who teach us the same things we already believe. Well, there is a solution…

Back to the subject matter.... I have received countless emails asking my opinion on Covid, what our family is doing to stay healthy, and the politics of it all.  Leaving politics aside, (although that subject is quite exciting these days), here is what I recommend to stay healthy and avoid the viral and bacterial infections that may, or may not, be presenting to you or your family and community.

Before the bullet list below grabs too much of your attention, I MUST share with you that one of my good friends created a product that eliminates 99.5% of coronavirus OC43 and 96.6% of Poliovirus with no side effects.

I have the lab results signed by George Lukasik Ph.D., the Laboratory Director of BCS Laboratories Inc. in Gainesville, Florida on my desk. This product has been in our home for over a month and is taken as an immune boost by all of us. (Available to you next week). 

My friend also shared that those who have contracted Covid19 and taken it have tested negative within 48 hours, with 100% of them recovering well. More on the test results, how other countries have ordered it, and how YOU can order it in next Monday’s newsletter.

My list of what I recommend to avoid and mitigate Covid19:

  • Heat up the body! Sauna, sunshine, and sweat!
  • Vitamin D is crucial for strong immune health.  The deficiency of Vitamin D is STRONGLY correlated with those who contract this virus.  Enjoy the Sun and whole food-based Vitamin D supplements daily! (Check out the Sun chapter in LIVE – It’s loaded with info!)
  • Enjoy CS Immune Boost (Copper and Silver) 300ppb as directed as a preventative supplement and/or if you contract the virus. (We'll include the link to this product next week!). 
  • Many of our clients (and family) have taken the V1 and V2 Homeoprophylaxis we introduced last March and continue with boosters each week. To date, only a few people from around the entire country who have taken the V1 & V2 have contracted Covid, and those few had very very mild symptoms.   • Zinc is a must in viral health as it can stop viruses from replicating. We take zinc from the brand Megafood daily.
  • A deficiency of Selenium is also associated with this viral infection. E & Selenium from Megafood is what we use and is a great source to help with your daily needs.
  • Get in the habit of nose-breathing in order to decrease the viral and bacterial load festering in your upper respiratory track (even better while getting fresh air!). 
  • Stretch, squat, bend, reach, do yoga, go for walks, stand on a vibrator plate, and move the body to MOVE YOUR LYMPH and flush out viruses and bacteria that hide out in your fascia!
  • Research Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, and Tonic water that contains quinine as possible aids if the virus is contracted. COUNTLESS people have found these products to help.  And remember, if you control the narrative you control the people so please don't just believe the first thing you read on Google or yahoo. You MUST research – and you will enjoy what you discover!
  • Frequently wash your hands using soap and water for 20-30 seconds.
  • Wash your hands after being out or traveling, before you eat, after you touch your phone, wallet, keys, car etc. We suggest sanitizing your phone and computer often using lemon essential oil or another sanitizing spray.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing and discard immediately. Wash your hands after discarding tissue.
  • Avoid close contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of any cold or influenza.
  • Consider adopting a regimen to lose harmful visceral body fat, as the fat inside and around organ systems results in oxidative stress and the degeneration of organ functionality 
  • Rid the body of Candida
  • Sleep 8 hours between 8 pm and 5 am.
  • Resist getting stressed, for when you calm the body, the immune system can return to homeostasis.
  • Enjoy vitamin C in high doses and or/ Liposomal vitamin C.
  • And finally – I do not recommend taking the vaccine currently offered for Covid19. PLEASE educate before you vaccinate. I have researched this vaccine for several months, and vaccines in general for over a decade.

Other Tips to Strengthening the Immune System:

  • Olive Leaf is AMAZING and countless clients have used olive leaf in tincture form from herbalists, along with the Olive Leaf Extract from Barleans, as an aid in treating and eliminating numerous viruses. 
  • Enjoy Reishi – one of my favorite medicinal mushrooms (the “mushroom of immortality”)
  • Cloves, which have an ORAC score of 314,446, contain eugenol, a mild anesthetic useful for toothaches, sore throats, bacteria, MRSA, and inflammation! 
  • Enjoy Cinnamon. It has an ORAC score of 267,536 and is a
  • a powerful antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent.  Cinnamon was found to kill E. coli and other bacteria. 
  • Turmeric has an ORAC score of 159,277!  Turmeric is a great immune system booster due to its high antioxidant capacity. Turmeric is 5 to 8 times stronger than vitamin C.
  • Oregano Oil – Oregano has an ORAC score of 13,970 with active agent rosmarinic acid, a strong antioxidant.  Besides oregano oils in tincture form, a great source for this is Biotics Research A.D.P. ADP Oregano Oil. We always have Oregano Oil at home and use it at the FIRST sign of any illness!
  • Take Vitamin C Every 2 Hours.  It is water soluble and therefore is excreted quickly from the body, so taking it more frequently = more absorbability.
  • Honeysuckle and Chrysanthemum and both good antivirals.
  • Andrographis, aka "King of Bitters” is an antiviral and helps modulate inflammatory response.
  • Sleep!!!
  • Get regular sun exposure or take oral Vitamin D3
  • Grounding or Earthing
  • Immune Supporting Herbs
  • Medicinal Mushrooms
  • Fresh Produce
  • Probiotics - A MUST! Enjoy raw sauerkraut, raw coconut yogurts, Fresh kombucha etc. See Recipes in the Human Body Master Guide
  • Green Powders: Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass Juice Powder, Alfalfa, etc.
  • Licorice buffers inflammatory response by increasing steroid output by the adrenal glands.
  • Resveratrol
  • Quercetin
  • Eat Your Berries
  • Alkalizing High pH Foods
  • Essential Oils
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Oxygen
  • Drink Plenty of Water
  • Eliminate Sugar and Grains
  • Avoid Dairy
  • Coconut and coconut oil are antiviral and anti-bacterial.

NOTE: ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. An ORAC unit or ORAC "score" is a standardized method of measuring the antioxidant capacity of different foods and supplements. The higher the ORAC score, the more effective a food will be at neutralizing free radicals. Find other values at www.oracvalues.com

What Weakens the Immune System: 

  • SUGAR. AVOID PROCESSED SUGAR. Your white blood cells have receptor sites for Vitamin C which enhances the immune system. Sugar fits into the same receptor sites, thus eating sugar displaces vitamin C. It’s either sugar or vitamin C - you decide.
  • Lack of Sleep
  • Stress (Your body goes into sympathetic mode, fight or flight, when stressed and this halts the immune system for hours.)
  • Deficiency in Trace Minerals: Potassium, Magnesium and Manganese
  • Emotional Issues
  • Genetic Factors if Specific Genes Are Activated
  • Chills (stay WARM!)

Karen’s Recipes

Hand Sanitizer: 2/3 cup rubbing alcohol, 1/3 cup 100% pure aloe vera gel, 10-20 drops lemon essential oil

Karen’s Version of THIEVES All-Natural Hand Sanitizer: 5 oz water, 1-2 tsp aloe vera gel, 3-6 drops each of: clove, cinnamon, rosemary and eucalyptus, 5 drops of peppermint OR lemon essential oil

General Sanitizer:  ½ cup white distilled vinegar, ½ cup high proof vodka or rubbing alcohol, ¾ cup water, Up to 50 drops of tea tree essential oil - (not safe for granite or marble)

Karen’s Sanitizing Wipes:  ¾ cup water, ¾ cup white vinegar, ¼ cup rubbing alcohol, 1 tsp of a non-toxic castile soap, Essential oils if desired: clove, cinnamon, lavender, lemon and peppermint.  Combine all liquid in a plastic canister. Cut a paper towel roll in half using a serrated knife (we use Bounty paper towels). Remove the paper core and place the paper towel in the liquid and let it absorb. We use a 3/8” drill bit and drill a hole in the top of the canister for easy dispensing!

There you have it! My take on the immune system and what we can do today to help with viruses.  

Now, if you read this far, I do have a few recommendations for where you can hear the other side of things.

Most all mainstream media outlets, including your 24-hour news stations (ABC, CBS, etc), newspapers, publishing houses, Internet utilities, and even video game developers are owned by “The Big 6.”  These 6, and even the top 12 media owners are literally controlling the narrative, strongly influencing what the masses think and believe. They are not neutral in their opinions. The phrases spoken by one are spoken by all.  

  • The virus – you are being told what they want you to believe.
  • Politics – you are being told what they want you to believe.
  • International News – you are being told what they want you to believe.

For this reason, I started looking outside the box and found dozens of wonderful independent news stations and many people/sites on alternate YouTube and video sites that I enjoy. For starters, check out https://www.theepochtimes.com.  It shares information you will never see in mainstream media. There are many alternatives to the common news stations, this is just one I personally enjoy.  

If you are a graphic chart geek, like I am, I’d recommend getting on Tom Woods email list – he is nuts about charts and has numerous charts on Covid that will blow your mind on his site as well.  He also has a radio show and was born with an encyclopedia between his ears…NOT kidding.  Most every time I get an email from him I wish I could share it with the world!
