RETREAT SCHEDULE

THURSDAY:

11:00 am Welcome and Introductions
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm Teaching in the Kitchen (Creating Mediterranean Bowls!) - Enjoy Lunch
2:00 pm Tour of Lilly Fields Grounds: Living Waters Pool, Orchard, Horse Pastures, Permaculture & Hot Houses, Pond & Boat House, Meadow & Woods, HHE Studio, Kitchen & Wellness Center
3:30 - 5:30 pm Class 1: Understanding, Setting, and KEEPING Boundaries at home, work, play, church, and in the bedroom. (Rated PG promise!)(Almost!)
6:00 pm Dinner
7:30 pm Story time around fireplace; swim/hot tub (optional); non-alcohol drink bar; Relaxation time

FRIDAY:

Morning: Open Grounds (go for a walk, exercise, yoga class)
Hydration drink bar (opens at 8:00 am) (Water options, golden milk, dandelion tea latte, celery juice, etc)
10:00 - 11:30 am Class 2: The BRAIN: Understanding the pathways that make habits stick and goals happen. Tips and Tools to keep your neuropathways clear and on task!
11:30 am - 1:30 pm Teaching in the Kitchen (Fast and easy school and office lunches) - Enjoy Lunch
2:00 - 3:30 pm Class 3: Business 101-1001. Creating, growing, promoting, staffing, maintaining, and LOVING YOUR BUSINESS!
3:30 - 6:00 pm CHOICES! Art therapy with Candie Herte, play in the garden, walk the labyrinth, go fishing, pet horses, use the sauna, pool, mediate, roam the property, forage for mushrooms, help in the kitchen, etc.
6:00 pm Dinner
7:30 pm SURPRISE ACTIVITY!
After: Swim/Fireplace/Relaxation time/Snacks

SATURDAY:

Open morning (same options as Friday)
10:00-11:30 am Class 4: ZuZu, Amy, and our staffs hacks for staying healthy while keeping the world spinning!
11:30 am - 1:30 pm Teaching in the Kitchen
2:00 - 4:00 pm Class 5: Loving YOU even with all the broken pieces. Seeing yourself for where you have been, where you are going and who has been beside you the entire way.  
4:00 - 6:00 pm CHOICES! Art therapy with Candie Herte, play in the garden, walk the labyrinth, go fishing, pet horses, use the sauna, pool, mediate, roam the property, forage for mushrooms, help in the kitchen, etc.
6:00 pm Dinner
7:30 pm “My Story” Group Exercise & Gift Exchange

Swim/Fireplace/Relaxation time/Snacks

SUNDAY: 

10:00 am BREAKFAST BUFFET (waffles, banana blender pancakes, egg or tofu & potato dishes, berry bar, and whatever we feel inspired to make!)
12:00 pm (Optional) Faith-based Discussion & Gathering
Free time and Art Therapy with Candie Herte until departure.
